Terms and Conditions
The IsDot.com is in no way responsible for the banners placed on the exchange. The IsDot.com has the right to place very specific IsDot.com banners on the network. If this does occur, it will only be to sponsors of the IsDot.com to defray costs of running the network. Sponsors will be carefully selected and banners carefully watched to maintain the child like atmosphere of the IsDot.com sites on which they will be displayed. Due to the fact that the IsDot.com does not have control over sites placed on the IsDot.com, extra precautions must be taken to protect ourselves. I hope you understand.

Banner Requirements
468x60 pixels in size Maximum size of 20kb Animation is ok. Must be located on a perminant server at the time you submit your site, and for as long as you are a member of the IsDot. (Xoom.com members, you must find another server to host your banner, because Xoom does not allow other servers to use thier images). As always, all banners must be 100% child-friendly on zone(s) B2B and G.

Other Notes
Once you submit your site to the IsDOT.com, you will be given the code to place on your page(s). Do not edit the sizes of the images!! If you do, your account will be deleted. Banners cannot be placed in pop-up windows, and cannot be placed in a page that has auto-reload.

Legal Information
All members of the IsDot.com Banner Network are required to agree to the following terms and conditions. Anyone determined by the IsDot.com to have violated these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from the IsDot.com without any obligation by the IsDot.com to redeem any earned credits.

Members agree to include the full unmodified html code provided by the IsDOT.com for displaying banner ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. the IsDot reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its html code through any means.

Members acknowledge that the IsDOT.com is a free service supported by sponsors. At any given time, the banner on a member's web site may contain an advertisement from a sponsor, from another member, or from the IsDOT.com. All the banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner.

The IsDOT.com reserves the right to deactivate accounts for web sites that display an inordinate number of banners for or links to competing banner exchange services, Sites that contain little or no original content, and sites where the IsDOT.com banners appear on an inordinate number of dynamically-generated pages.

A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not display more than one IsDOT.com banner on page. A member may not include the banner on any page that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push) or on a page which is inaccessible to the general surfing population. A member may not place his/her IsDOT.com html code on pages that are unrelated to the site being advertised. Anyone found in violation of these policies will be banned from the IsDOT.com.

The following types of sites are not allowed to participate in the IsDOT.com network: sites containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, sites that are otherwise inappropriate. The IsDot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate in the IsDOT.com. The IsDOT.com has the right to at any time refuse any member from joining the IsDOT.com. The IsDOT.com has the right to remove any member from the IsDOT.com at any time and no reason must be given for this action.

Final Notes (Please read this)
If you banner(s) URL is not correct when you submit your site, your site will not be added! Your banner MUST be at the URL that you select at ALL TIMES! Also, when the application asks for "Banner(s) URL" it means the address of your banner, not the address of every page that has the banner code on it.
